REORDERING
Write in your selections on the Re-order form, making “Out” or “Low” for your inventory level. In most cases, we will replace the original quantity that came with your kit, on each item. In the case of Stock Outs at our warehouse, we will send substitute items. Remember to fill the amount of sales you have made, so far, Reorders will not be sent out without this amount filled in.
Text or Email a photo of your reorder, using the supplied order form, to our office as early as possible.
Orders received by 3pm will be shipped for NEXT DAY DELIVERY, by our truck, or by Fed-Ex. We ship by Fed Ex Priority Express. In areas where Fed Ex morning delivery is available, this means delivery to your school before 10:30am.
Two, free, next-day, reorder deliveries will be made to schools running 3 days or more (1 delivery for 2 day schools).
We suggest that you do not take orders for sold-out items. Taking backorders creates more work for your volunteers and there are lots of other choices for the students, once an item sells out. We could, also , be out of the item at our warehouse.
